Do any of your products contain steroids?

While there is a time and place for steroids, we don't believe they're a safe, sustainable solution to manage eczema flare ups. We pride ourselves on providing steroid-free, plant-based solutions to protect and nourish your skin long term.

Is it normal for my skin to sting?

If you apply any skincare products (or water) to very dry, cracked skin, it will sting. If the stinging feeling goes away after a few minutes, this is a sign that it is not an allergic reaction. It's a good idea to patch test on a small area first. This said, you know your skin best and if you’re concerned any discomfort is possibly allergy-related, we'd recommend checking in with your doctor.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

Yes, our products are formulated in concentrations that are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have any concerns, we recommend speaking with a health professional before making a purchase.

Can I use them on my face?

Yes, absolutely. We've taken utmost care to exclude ingredients that might cause skin irritation or redness. All our products also have a low comedogenic rating, so they won't break you out in spots :)

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are vegan (and not tested on animals).

Shipping and Delivery

How do I get free shipping?

That's easy :) If you're in the UK, purchase more than 2 bottles of Calming Spray and voila! You've got free shipping. If you're ordering internationally, unfortunately we don't currently have a free shipping option available.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the following countries: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland , United States, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong.

What's the estimated delivery time?

UK standard: 2-4 business days

UK express: 1-2 business days

EU: 2-11 business days

Rest of World: 10-15 business days (Note - due to global supply chain constraints and customs checks for some countries, international deliveries can take up to 31 days to arrive)

Where's my order?

When your shipment left our warehouse, you would have received a 'Shipping Confirmation' email that contained a button titled 'Track Shipment'. You can refer to this for updates on the location of your order.

Failing this, please email us at orders@yanyeeskincare.com with your Order Number and we can look into it for you.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please email us at orders@yanyeeskincare.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note - our fulfillment partner works quickly and if your shipment has already left the warehouse, we will be unable to change it.

What's your returns policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at orders@yanyeeskincare.com stating your order number and why you're not happy. We will then do our best to sort a refund for you.
